I’ve always been drawn to the narratives that shape our inner lives. I can recall my favorite elementary teacher playfully asking me if I was ever going to read anything besides an autobiography ~ little did I know that I would continue to be deeply moved by the complexity and depth within each person’s story.
That curiosity evolved into a lifelong commitment to understanding people on a deeper level. It led me to CSU Bakersfield, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Child Development with a minor in Psychology, and later a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I am currently completing my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University.
In my clinical experience across both outpatient and inpatient settings, I’ve been continually humbled by the courage it takes to explore the unknown within ~ and by our shared capacity for growth and resilience. Witnessing clients rediscover their voice and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves remains one of the greatest privileges of my work. I join them in that process as a fellow human who understands the complexity of living fully — the losses, the renewal, and the quiet moments in between that give life its depth.
